Nightclub Showcases During WMC 2003 the top artists and DJ's from around the world perform live throughout South Beach's best nightspots. On Thursday, March 20, 2003, Winter Music Conference will present the 18th annual IDMAs, the first and largest awards ceremony dedicated to dance music at Miami Beach's famed Jackie Gleason Theater. This evening will be packed with performers and celebrity guests . More than 10,000 ballots are distributed to industry professionals across the globe to select the winners in what is perceived as 'dance music's ultimate honor'. The award nominees have been selected by their music industry peers for their exceptional innovation, perseverance and achievement, both in front of and behind the scene.
