"Colors" è il nuovo EP (4 version) di Rexanthony, artista poliedrico che dopo aver creato miti e leggende fra il '92 e il 2010 con il suo sound internazionale attraverso gli inimitabili albums Technoshock, Cocorico', Hardcorized, Drag me to Hard, e' recentemente tornato sul campo di battaglia allargando i suoi orizzonti e i suoi interessi a generi giovanili con nuove composizioni in area Edm, Electro, Progressive quali "Electronic Generation" e "Introducing Chromosome". Il suo nuovo lead EP è "Colors" (brano offerto in 4 versioni)….. arpeggi di chitarra e sintetizzatore, voci magistralmente trattate ed un drop che è più di un orgasmo verticale. Da queste componenti nasce "Colors", song base che è stata testata live per mesi, prima di essere messa in distribuzione worldwide. Rexanthony ha suonato "Colors" a Bologna all'Unipol Arena nel gennaio 015 mandando in delirio oltre 12.000 giovani e poi nel prestigioso club svizzero Vanilla la notte del 30 aprile 015 …… recentemente lo ha fatto anche nel mega evento a Riccione il 6 Giugno e lo farà anche in quello di Brescia (11 Luglio 2015, Number One). Ora "Colors" è pronto insieme ad altre 3 versioni nell'omonimo EP.

COLORS: una major quale la Warner Chappell per il publishing, un aggregatore ufficiale a New York, oltre 15 partner digitali per la distribuzione worldwide e 30 radio di tendenza selezionate dai suoi produttori e dalla sua privatissima Musik Research Production. Dall'Italia della tendenza, il network Radio StudioPiù ha scelto "Colors" per il prestigioso programma "The Beat Of The Week" che parte Lunedì 6 Luglio 015.

A COLORS 'Extended Original Version' si sono aggiunte altre versioni a cui diversi team e dj producers hanno lavorato. Molto fruibile la 'C.T. Version' (realizzata ad hoc da uno dei piu' eclettici direttori di radio) che vede l'utilizzo di archi classici e un'ulteriore elaborazione vocale. Una di queste versioni, piu' precisamente il Colors Remix, e' stata realizzata dai giovanissimi Jacksel, scelti dai produttori della Musik Research per la loro carica dinamica e il loro modo di mixare non convenzionale. La prima voglia di cambiamento passando dai generi techno hardtrance hardcore hardstyle ai nuovi generi edm electro progressive, Rexanthony l'ha avuta nel corso del tour 2012 ed in particolare dopo il concerto tenuto a Newcastle nell'estate 2012, quando una sua fan inglese gli ha portato un CD dove era riuscita a "ri-fare" i brani Polaris Dream e Cocorico' in stile electro a 128 bpm.
Rexanthony è un artista in continua evoluzione ed il suo lifestyle è "non fermarsi mai". Bisogna essere musicisti completi ed ingegneri del suono per operare in tutti i generi musicali, stando però sempre un attimo prima dell'Onda. Oggi Rexanthony (compositore, tastierista, pianista, vocalist, arrangiatore, programmatore informatico, performer) è senza dubbio un edm-electro-progressive italian Leader insieme a pochissimi altri (Marchi, Mauri, Kremont, Promiseland, Relight O., Delayers) e presto con questo nuovo genere scalerà l'Europa e il mondo.

Dall'Aprile 2013 Rexanthony ha sospeso ogni live, fatta eccezione per la Friends Fest del 5 luglio. Si e' totalmente isolato impiegando il tempo a comporre e a creare nuovi timbri per il suo prossimo album in area advanced EDM dal titolo "Electronic Generation" . L'opera, anticipata da due singoli, di cui il primo l'omonimo "Electronic Generation"ed il secondo" Intro. Ch.", si configura come la piu' creativa e al tempo la piu' timbricamente innovativa del musicista elettronico che si e' costruito ogni suono, che ha scritto ogni arrangiamento.

Rexperimental Electronic Sound In The World - 2013

Rexanthony was born in Italy (1977) and about 1990, along with piano studying, he was attracted by synthesizers, sequencers, computer, experimental music. His first embryonal song "Gas Mask" was released in the 1991 followed by "An.Tho.Ny" (1992), released in Japan too.
His techno-rave cult song "For you Marlene" (1992) and "Gener-Action" (1993) were released thruout Europe and Japan (Avex Trax) reaching the top charts. He worked in studio with Musik Research team, editing the rhythms of the songs for the album series Technoshock (1, 2, 3) and since the 1994 personally composed and recorded the following albums of the series: "Technoshock 4" (1994, trance music), "Technoshock 5" (1995, hard trance music), "Technoshock 6" (1996, hardcore precursor), "Technoshock 7" (1996, progressive), "Technoshock 8" (2000, progressive trance music), "Technoshock 9" (2001, techno music), "Technoshock 10" (2002, techno music).
In the 1994 and 1995 he also released the experimental techno albums "Rexperimental" (including Tangerine Dream, Doris Norton and Kraftwerk's covers), "Cocoricò Two" and "Cocoricò Three" and in the 1995 the top charts "Capturing Matrix" followed by "Polaris Dream" (1996). The "Polaris Dream" videoclip was broadcasted in heavy rotation by MTV Europe for several months. In the 1997 the album "Fine Pleasure" (dream music) was released along with the video "Polaris Dream" (an hour of experimental visuals). The music is now more soft and Rexanthony recorded the track using piano and other instruments in real time.
In 1997 Rexanthony composed, arranged, vocalized and recorded the album "Audax", a milestone in his career; the album was released in 1998.
"Audax" was defined by the press as "the most significative experimenal electronic/rock album of the artist". Rexanthony presented live "Audax" at the broadcast television program Red Ronnie's Roxy Bar.
The 1998 is the time for a first Rexanthony's cult collection and the techno/rave "Earthquake" (double CD) was released followed by "Technopolis" (Virgin, cd-single, 1999). The albums "Technoshock" series (9, 10) (2001, 2002) , Hardcorized (2001) and "Capturing Future" (2003) were released by Hitland records, independent label based on Milano.
In 2003 Rexanthony released various versions of the song 'Capturing Matrix': one of them reached number one on italian trend charts. A CD single, including all versions, was released by Wea with the title "Capturing Matrix".
In 2004 the CD single "The Synbol 2004" (released by Wea) reached the official italian FIMI charts too.
Since ever interested in experimental music, Rexanthony produced innovative tracks by several crossover: from techno-rave, hardtrance, hardcore, hardcore-jungle to techno-postrock, cyber techno. But his interest and fantasy are always in motion and since 2004 he was involved in other music genres (progressive rock) and video projects as executive producer (2004 "Magic Ritual" DVD, 2005 "Magic Ritual" LP, 2006 "Switch on Dark " -LP, digipack/video- for publishers such as Warner Chappell and Rai Trade, distributed in Usa by Century Media and worldwide available through digital stores).

Late 2007 Rexanthony releases "MEMORABYLIA" (Hitland records) a double LP and CD-digipack including 24 Rexanthony cult songs and 2 videos .... 'Capturing Matrix' and 'For You Marlene'

The project realized in 2008 is the new album "WAR ROBOTS": 10 unpublished songs composed, arranged, vocalized, performed and recorded by Rexanthony in his studio, early 2008.
"War Robots" (genre post advanded electronic, a crossover through various styles such as psycho-trance, post-techno and minimal-electro) has been concepted to support human rights and a higher social problems consciousness by sounds and lyrics involving young and trend generations.

Among the songs, particularly worthy of note are 'Warstop' (characterized by a new and powerful rhythm), 'Psychowars' (minimal electro), 'Crime' (psycho trance), 'Why These Wars' (the first videoclip supporting "War Robots" album has been shot for this track), 'Mylife' (vocal trance), 'Guantanamo' (focused on the inhuman and degrading treatments and wishing an immediate closing of the such anachronistic jails), 'Iraq' (wishing an immediate and pacific Iraq war resolution).

In the year 2009 Rexanthony, being interested in the progressive rock too, composes and plays keyboards and piano parts for the Antonius Rex band's album "Per Viam" . His work in this albums is highly estimated by the worldwide music critics.

The album recorded in 2010 is "DRAG ME TO HARD": 8 unpublished songs composed, arranged, vocalized, performed and recorded by Rexanthony in his studio (March/April 2010). The new album also includes 2 remixes ('For You Marlene' and 'Cocoacceleration') and a special hardstyle version by Rexanthony of 'Capturing Matrix'. This new Rexanthony's album could be labelled as an experimental hardstyle genre having distinctive features getting the listener beyond the hardstyle by more heavy sounding rhythms and very catching melodies (as in 'The Sound Of The Gods', 'Back on Field', 'Distorted Volumes').
Rexanthony has held live showcases to preview the new "Drag Me To Hard" album, in Torino, Brescia, Forli', Riccione, for his italian fans.
The album "Drag me to Hard" has an international breath, it obtains sales success and remains in the most important hardstyle charts (HARDSTYLE.COM) for some weeks with till nine tracks at the same time. Physically it is distributed by Astral Music; the digital distribution is a Musik Research (the production company of Rexanthony) exclusive.
"Drag Me To Hard" is published by Edinet Publishing Group; the album is supported by a Rexanthony promotional live on stage tour; musical instruments supporting the tour are Ableton, Apple, M-Audio, Roland.

In the year 2011 Rexanthony officially joins the progressive bands Jacula and Antonius Rex, playing all the keyboards, piano and synthetizers in the "Pre Viam" album and also programming all the bass and rhythm lines by his inseparable Mac. The album holds a significant amount of music magazines attention and music critics highlights the new fresh energy brought by Rexanthony to the band.

Late 2011 Rexanthony's producers have an agreement with It-Why, a distribution company specialized in supplying music products to greatest megastores. "Rexanthony - Platinum Collection" (2012) features 14 Rexanthony's music hits and a video track.
Rexanthony - Platinum Collection - 20 years (1992-2012) of Rexanthony sound" (techno-hardstyle-hardcore) is available since December 2011.

2013 - The new single "ELECTRONIC GENERATION" (advanced electro - EDM - dub step contamination) included in the forthcoming album "Electronic Generation" (available 2014).
