Il modulo esterno in formato rack da 1 unità di Mona, connesso al computer tramite una scheda interna su bus PCI, comprende 4 ingressi e 6 uscite multiconnessione che possono lavorare con qualsiasi tipo di segnale audio, oltre ad ingressi ed uscite digitali in formato S/PDIF ed ottico ADAT. Anche con Mona, così come con le altre schede Echo, potete usare simultaneamente ingressi ed uscite in formato analogico e digitale, arrivando a registrare fino a dodici tracce contemporaneamente, ed usufruendo di quattordici uscite separate. Completano le ottime caratteristiche di questa scheda convertitori di ultima generazione a 24bit/96kHz 128x oversampling, che assicurano alta qualità audio sia in ingresso sia in uscita. I drivers ASIO e Sound Manager forniti con Mona garantiscono la completa compatibilità con tutti i principali software per Windows 95/98 e presto saranno disponibili anche per Macintosh OS.
