Cursor Miner Biography

Cursor Miner is Mr Robert Tubb. With releases on such highly esteemed labels as Lo Recordings, Unbearable and Si Begg's Noodles Series, and fierce live performances at events including Sprawl, Monastery Of Sound, Seed, Wang, Rota and the Visible Noise Festival of Sonic Art (to name just a few), his reputation precedes him. Imagine the bastard offspring of 80's synth pop, Monty Python, psychedelia and electro - you're still not even close. The music is this man's adventure.

What gizmo could you not live without?
Cursor Miner: " I can't live without the internet, is that a gizmo? More of a worldwide gizmal net.I've had to live without my mobile phone for a month, it's hard but possible. And definately more peaceful."

Do you have any hangover cures?
Cursor Miner: "Vomiting gets rid of the headache for a few minutes. Repeat till bored. It's not a very good one."

What's your favourite cheese?
Cursor Miner: "Cheese afficianados won't approve but it's mozzarella. I especially like those blobs that come suspended in fluid."
